VisitorRego.NET facilitates the use of a webcam during registration process so staff can visually identify a visitor.
To set VisitorRego.NET so it uses a webcam, open System Setup by clicking ‘Options>System Setup’ under reception mode.

Once in the System Setup window navigate to Photo ID tab and check Photo IDs box.
Photo Ids turned on:

Note: to save any changes, make sure to click ‘Apply’ button before exiting System Setup.
Another advantage with Photo ID is that VisitorRego.NET allows photos to be printed on visitor labels.
To add photos to visitor labels first open the current label template. This is done by clicking ‘File>Maintain Site’.

Once in the Maintain Site window click the open button to right of label column.

Once the Report Writer is open with the label template, select the image object by clicking and dragging. Place the object in the desired location on the label template.

Once the image object has been placed under the properties section on right side of report writer, set the ‘DataField’ to ‘imgID’ and ‘SizeMode’ to ‘Stretch’.

Note: Make sure to save the new template before exiting the report writer and add the new label under Maintain Site.
