Safety Induction Enabled
Industrial sites need to ensure that all contractors have a valid (current) site and safety induction. VisitorRego.NET allows the date the site induction expires and after this date a contractor can't register until this expiry date has been updated.
This feature needs to turned on. From the main menu click 'Options'; 'Registration Setup'. This opens the screen below. This shows all the database fields available. To enter the date the site induction expires the database field named 'SafetyInduction' needs to visible. Once visible it becomes available to enter the expiry date.
For a description of each column in this table please refer to 'Registration Setup'
Checking visible on this field adds a new tab (Reception mode) labeled 'Health & Safety'. It will add a new date picker field labeled 'Date of Safety Induction'. It will be 200 pixels wide and have a ' Date the visitor/subcontractor attended a full safety induction course'. Each of these values can be changed to describe exactly the data it contains.
Closing this screen will apply the changes made.
