Registration Setup
Fields on the Registration Screen are maintained from the main menu option:
<Main Menu><Options><Registration Setup>

The Registration Setup screen as distributed looks like that below. It shows all fields that are available to VisitorRego.NET.

The data grid is labeled by the name of the site – in this example the site is ‘Head Office’. The site can be set by going to Maintain Site
| Database Field |
The name of the database field. It doesn't matter what the Registration Screen name is - the on screen field maps to this database field. This field can't be changed. |
| Field Label |
The label of the field as it appears on the Registration screen. This label can be renamed as required. |
| Tab |
The tab the Registration field will appear on. Tab 1 is the first tab on the far left, Tab 2 the second from the left and so on. |
| Tab Label |
The name of the tab as it appears on the tab control on the Registration Screen. |
| Visible |
Whether the field is visible on the Regsitration Screen or not. When checked the field will appear on the specified tab. |
| Tab Order |
If the field is visible it will appear on the specified tab in the order of this field. |
| Width |
If the field is visible it will be drawn to the specified width (the unit of measure is a screen pixel). It will be on the specified tab, in the specified tab order. |
| Lines |
If the field is visible it will be drawn to accommodate the number of lines specified. It will be the specified width, on the specified tab, in the specified tab order. |
| Tips |
When the field is clicked in, the tip appears in the status bar on the bottom of the Registration Screen. |
Fields that appear on the Registration Screen are site specific. Registration fields need to specified for each site (other than using the default setup).
