Maintain Departments
Staff members can be associated with a Department. Staff members then inherit a number of properties from the Department.
These are:
- The Default Location. This is usually the location where staff members meet visitors.
- Health & Safety. These can be department specific. For example, the health and safety requirements for an office process are quite different from an industrial process.
- Label Template. These can be department specific; again individual departments may have quite different requirements in managing their visitors.
VisitorRego.NET is released with two department template, which can be modified and copied to reflect your actual organisation.
