VisitorRego.NET has a function to load staff from an excel spread sheet to do this simply click on the ‘Load Staff from Excel’ button in under the ‘Options’ menu under reception Mode.




Clicking on the ‘Load Staff from Excel’ button a file browser will be opened. Using the browser navigate to where the excel staff list is located and open it.

Note:

For an excel staff list to populate correctly all the columns need to be in a specific order or information will be loaded into the wrong columns in the database.
