Each staff member can have their own label template, i.e. a label that is formated specific to them.

To allow any number of label/card formats, add a staff member for each format. i.e. to have a label/card specific for 'Contractors' add a new staff member called 'Contractors' then specify the label/card template to use when a visitor/contractor visits them. 

Please refer to Maintain Staff to add a new staff member or add a label template to an exisiting staff member.

If a staff member is setup to allow many label/card templates, it is important to  ensure the field 'Maintained By VR' is checked. Otherwise next time a download from active directory, CSV or custom load is done this staff member will deleted.
