Select Data to copy to Excel
The two database options available are Microsoft Access and SQL. Both can be connected to by Microsoft Excel and data can be accessed directly.
The simplest way to access data in Excel is to copy it from a table in VisitorRego and paste it into Excel.
As an example - to find the duration over an extended period a person is onsite for can be shown in VisitorRego, copied and pasted into Excel.
Filter the data. Select company of the person who is to be report on. From reception mode, select 'File'; 'Visitor Company'

The screen shot belows shows all the companies beginning with 'V' (there only being one).

The button to the right labeld 'Visitors' shows all visitors for the company. Clicking on the button to the right labeld 'Regos' shows all registrations for the company as below.

To select a range of records click on the record selector (grey button far left) of the first record to be copied; hold the the <shift> key; click the record selector of the last recor to be copied. The selected range of records is highlighted blue.

The key combination <Ctrl> <C> will copy the selected records to the paste buffer.
