Broadcast Message Setup
To setup a broadcast message, from reception mode, go to 'File'; 'Broadcast Message'
This opens the screen to setup and maintain the broadcast message.
The text box holds the broadcast message that each visitor will be shown. The broadcast message will be shown between the 'Broadcast From' to the 'Broadcast To' date.
The text box below the from and to date - is a description of the date range the broadcast message is shown.
