Appointment/Pre Registration
Appointment/Pre Registration is function where a visitor details can be entered into VisitorRego.NET prior to the visitor arriving.
The receptionist then has the option to:
- Sign in and print the labels of a single or group of visitors
- Sign in but not print the labels of a single or group of visitors
- Print the label but not sign in a single or group of visitors
If the reception just prints the label (without signing the visitor in), when they arrive they can scan the label, their details are shown on the reistration screen as how they weree entered for the appointment, they can make changes as required then 'Press to Register' to register and view the health and safety requirments.
